Instructions for Virtual Autograph Signing

1. What to Send

• ONLY personal paraphernalia you already possess.
• Merchandise, photographs, and/or paraphernalia are NOT for sale for the virtual signing.

2. What to Include in Your Mailing

• Your item(s) to be signed
• Your full name and return shipping address
• A written note with the exact message you want Keith to write on your item.
  • Every autograph must be personalized with a name. Senders requesting a generic autograph will have their item returned unsigned.
  • Limit your message to 10 words or less.
  • If your requested message is too long for the available space, it will be shortened to accommodate the allotted space.
• Pre-paid return label
  • All return shipping is the sender’s responsibility.
  • The item will be returned in the same box you shipped it in unless you include alternative packaging.
• If sending more than one item, clearly label quantities and match each item to its corresponding message.
• All packing supplies needed for the return, such as paper, bubble wrap, or rigid/stay-fl at mailer. If you want the item returned in a different box or with special packing, you must include that in your original shipment. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

3. Packaging & Shipping Expectations

• Keith will return the signed item using the same box you provided, unless you include alternative packaging and instructions.
• Sender is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Packages missing required information or supplies will be held for no more than 14 days, after which they will be returned unsigned.

Items that do not follow the guidelines above will be returned to the sender without signing. Please provide any protective packaging that you feel is necessary, as Keith David and his employees will not be responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during the shipping process.
